The basic rule is to ignore any e-mails you get from the league. For league games, please only pay attention to Teamapp postings and direct e-mails from the coaches.

The league does not have our rosters correct so their automated e-mails can have misinformation. We are probably not going to update them on the league site as it is not worth the time investment. It's a problem this year because now we have different teams playing at different times.

I believe there is an option to turn off e-mails.
